eXtreme 5 Challenge Entry Form

Entering the Challenge is a 2 step process:
1. Please complete and submit the entry form.
2. Send us the entry fee either by Paypal or a transfer into the eXtreme 5 Challenge bank account held at HSBC, Epsom, sort code 40-01-13, account number 61785826. Our preferred method is to the HSBC account as this eliminates transaction fees and increases the amount going to charity.

If paying into our bank account, entry fees are as follows:
1. Individual male / female, full distance event - £60.
2. Team, full distance event - £240.
3. Individual male / female, half distance event - £50.
4. Team, half distance event - £200.
5. Kayak hire (per kayak) including paddle and buoyancy aid (compulsary) - £15 (first come first served, subject to availability)
