You can enter the Challenge as a team comprising a maximum of 4 people, or as an individual.

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
- Fastest individual male
- Fastest individual female
- Fastest team
- Lowest team net time (includes fund raising result)

Each contestant receives:
- a T shirt
- goodie bag
- commemorative medal on completion

Teams may comprise any number of people up to a maximum of 4. If you would like help finding additional team members or would like to be included in someone else's team please contact us.

We would also like to hear from people interested in volunteering on the day.
