Welcome to the eXtreme 5 Challenge

This is your opportunity to participate in a new and exciting quadrathlon charity challenge comprising a swim, kayak, cycle and run. You can carry out the challenge as a super fit quadathlete or as a relay in a team of 4. You'll have a lot of fun, make new friends, or bond with old ones, whilst getting fit and doing raising money for charity.

Challenge 5
raise funds for charity. eXtreme 5 Challenge aims to raise £100,000 for destitute old people (Homes in Zimbabwe - UK registered charity number 1104512). Teams are encouraged to raise funds for this charity, but can support charities of their own choosing. Teams can set their own targets and we hope these will be as ambitious as the rest of the challenge!
